LOCAL 12: Explorer Mini: New technology helping toddlers with mobility impairments

HAMILTON, Ohio (WKRC) – New technology is helping local toddlers who face mobility impairments.

Leo Davis and Brynn Holthaus are two Butler County toddlers with spina bifida.
