Transitioning from School to Adult Life
You don’t have to navigate the transition alone
The transition from school to adult life can be scary, but you don’t have to do it alone! Join us for a free monthly series dedicated to helping families of children with disabilities navigate that transition and prepare for life as an adult. Our School to Adult Life Transition (S.A.L.T.) series will give you the peace of mind that comes with having a plan. You can learn more about our transition supports by talking to LaTalia White lswhite@butlerdd.org.
