SALT Talks – Home Sweet Home!

The SALT TALK series is an online transition series virtual format modeled after the SALT School to Adult Life Transition Series. This monthly series provides learning opportunities, along with resources and guidance, to families of children with disabilities so that they can successfully navigate the transition from school to adult life.

During this session you will learn about housing options for individuals with developmental disabilities, the processes you should expect to face, and what decisions you will have to make when exploring independent living options. Speakers will include: Lori Carr, Residential Options Coordinator at the Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities (DD) and Carol Heil, Community Resource Director at the Warren County Board of DD.
