SALT Talks Hybrid – Independent Living – The Allison Boot Story

SALT Talk is a monthly series that provides learning opportunities, along with resources and guidance, to families of children with disabilities so that they can successfully navigate the transition from school to adult life.

Come in person to Greene County Board of Developmental Disabilities located at 245 N Valley Rd, Xenia, OH 45385 or watch virtually as three-time self-published author/Ms. Wheelchair Ohio 2023, Allison Boot talks about how people with disabilities can live equitable, happy lives. She will share her story including the ups and downs of independent living and answer any questions you may have.

All are welcome to attend! CEUs have been approved for those with an SSA certification who attend the full session. If you requested CEUs, you should receive your certificate of completion approximately two weeks after the session. Please email your request to prtpattis@gmail.com.
